We ship from small business owners directly to you. Our shipments come in two forms: digital project, and physical products.

Digital products include patterns and pattern collections, as well as our pattern subscription.
Digital products are delivered as a PDF, and ship worldwide.

Physical products include any purchase that ships a physical item (knit kits, project bags, jewelry, etc).
Shipping availability for physical products depends on the designer. Shipping availability is listed on each product page. You can also filter products by shipping availability for your area.
If you attempt to purchase an item that does not ship to your location, your order will be canceled and your payment will not be charged or will be returned.

Digital patterns and collections are final sale. If you have a question or concern about your digital pattern or collection purchase, please contact us.
