We ship from small business owners directly to you. Our shipments come in two forms: digital project, and physical products.
Digital Products
- Digital products include patterns and pattern collections, as well as our pattern subscription.
- Digital products are delivered as a PDF, and ship worldwide.
Physical Products
- Physical products include any purchase that ships a physical item (knit kits, project bags, jewelry, etc).
- Shipping availability for physical products depends on the designer. Shipping availability is listed on each product page. You can also filter products by shipping availability for your area.
- If you attempt to purchase an item that does not ship to your location, your order will be canceled and your payment will not be charged or will be returned.

- Digital patterns and collections are final sale. If you have a question or concern about your digital pattern or collection purchase, please contact us.
Physical Products
- Physical products include any purchase that ships a physical item (knit kits, project bags, jewelry, etc).
- Returns or exchanges of physical products must be arranged with the designer. Each designer has their own policies on returns and exchanges.
Pattern Subscription
- Digital patterns offered through our pattern subscription are final sale. If you have a question or concern about your digital pattern or collection purchase, please contact us.
