Fresh Ideas, Inclusive Approach

Learn to Knit and Beginner Friendly

Here at Ellevate Designs you’ll find my collection of independently published knitting patterns.  My designs take a fresh, sophisticated take on a hand made wardrobe, with styles ranging from cute and fun to edgy and unique.

I love to work with knitters of all experience levels. My learn to knit and beginner level patterns include additional explanation of techniques, supported by photo and video tutorials, to support you on your knitting journey.

I believe in inclusive design, and strive to offer my patterns in a range of sizing options that work for you.

Test Knitted and Tech Edited

They’ve passed the test!

My patterns have been tested and loved by knitters just like you!  Shop with confidence, knowing you’re supporting an independent designer who knows quality is everything, and strives to create the very best quality patterns for you.

Inclusivity, Always

Supporting All Knitters

Ellevate celebrates the fabulous diversity of shape and body type in the our communities, and I strive to offer my patterns in an inclusive range of sizes. All tops include tall, medium, and petite sizing options, and are offered in chest circumference sizes 30 to 66 inches. Many of my smaller patterns include notes on simple adjustments that can help you achieve the best possible fit for you.

Get More from You Hand Knits

What’s better than enjoying a great knitwear project? Wearing it everywhere!  I especially love creating designs that can be dressed up or town, so you get the most possible wear out of your hand made pieces.

Tall and Petite Heights

It’s More than a Longer Waist

Adjusting sizes for height can be a little involved.  If you’ve ever tried on a top where the underarms pinch or the waist shaping sits in entirely the wrong place, you know that I mean! My tops include tall and petite shaping throughout the design, top to bottom, for a perfect fit.
