We hope you love your purchase. If you have concerns, we’d like to work with you to make it right. Here are our returns and exchange policies.
Digital patterns and collections
- Digital patterns and collections are final sale. If you have a concern about your digital pattern or collection purchase, please contact us.
- Kits may be returned for refund in original condition.
- Yarn must be unused and in the original skeins/balls, with original labels intact.
- Printed pattern must be in unused condition.
- Shipping costs are excluded from the refund.
- If you’re not satisfied with a pattern you’ve received through your subscription, you may exchange the most recent pattern for another of equal or lesser value.
- Exchange must be made within 2 weeks of pattern release.
- A maximum of two exchanges may be made per year (12 months).
